Russian Sapphire

Gemologist’s Note
At 3.14 carats this is the largest stone in the collection, and the elongated step cut gives that scale room to read. What fills it is unmistakably natural: dense curtains of fine rutile silk cross the pavilion in sheaves, catching gold and pale green as the stone turns — inclusions this generous are proof against synthetic origin, not a flaw to apologize for. The bodycolor leans warmer than most Sutara material, a rich golden-yellow threaded with green rather than the olive tones typical of the deposit. GFCO confirms no heat, no treatment, Sutara origin.
