An unheated sapphire in a bright, vivid green, shot through with saturated blue-teal flashes. In person the stone is brilliant and animated: its slender oval outline draws the color along its length, a warmer green glows at the heart of the stone, and cool blue and aqua sparks flare toward the edges as it moves, so the color seems to shift from warm to cool across the face. The cut keeps it bright and full, with no pale or empty center. It is eye clean, letting that interplay read clearly. IGI has examined the stone and found no indications of heating; its color is entirely natural.
