An unheated sapphire in a bright, clean green, free of the yellow or olive undertones so common in green sapphire. In person the stone is fresh and vivid: the pure green fills the pear evenly from its rounded end to the tip, and crisp, bright flashes scatter across the crown as it moves, giving it a clear, lively sparkle. The proportions give it a generous face-up size, and the color holds across the face with no washed-out center. It is eye clean, letting the green read pure and uninterrupted. IGI has examined it and found no indications of heating; this clean green is entirely natural.
