A Russian demantoid of 0.48 carats from the Poldnevskoye deposit, cut as a trillion. The color is a dense, dark green of real strength, opening into brighter tones only where the broad triangular facets catch direct light. At the center, a well-formed horsetail spreads outward in fine golden byssolite fibers, clearly visible and confirming Uralian origin. The trillion cut gives the color room to move in wide sweeps rather than tight sparkle, letting both the depth of the green and the horsetail read clearly from a distance. A demantoid with genuine density of color and a horsetail to match its strength.
