An unheated sapphire of substantial weight in a rich, saturated green, alive with juicy blue-teal flashes. In person the stone is bright and highly animated: the faceting scatters light so actively that blue and aqua sparks flare across the face with every movement, and the green stays deep and vivid throughout, with no pale or empty center. It holds natural inclusions within, but in person the brilliance and constant play of light carry the eye past them, and face-up the stone reads lively and full. IGI has examined it and found no indications of heating; its color is entirely as nature formed it.
