An unheated natural sapphire of 1.96 carats in an oval mixed cut, reported by the Chanthaburi Gemological Laboratory with no indication of heating — a meaningful distinction, as the great majority of sapphires on the market are heat-treated. The stone is loupe clean. Its color is a deep teal that shifts across the face: a golden-green core opens up at the center, framed by darker blue-green at the edges, with flashes of turquoise and emerald breaking through the crown. An untreated, loupe-clean sapphire with a colour that changes as it moves.
