An unheated sapphire in a saturated teal, where blue and green meet almost evenly and neither one takes over. In person the color is vivid and juicy, with real depth: as the stone tilts, cooler blue-teal flashes on one side play against warmer green on the other, so the color shifts and breathes rather than sitting still. The cut keeps the face full of color, with no washed-out center. The stone is eye clean, letting the teal come through clear and uninterrupted. IGI has examined it and found no indications of heating, so this color is entirely natural. In teal sapphire, an untreated stone of this saturation is a genuinely uncommon find.
