This substantial 2.53 carat oval-cut teal sapphire is a large, clean stone with real presence. The color is a deep, saturated teal – a genuine blue-green balance rather than one hue dominating, with excellent depth and no washed-out zones across the face. Clarity is excellent, reading clean to the eye despite the size, which is notable since larger sapphires more often reveal inclusions that smaller stones can hide. In hand it's remarkably lively, with strong, even brilliance returning across the whole oval and light traveling cleanly through the stone's considerable depth.
