An unheated sapphire in a bright, lively teal, where vivid green meets rich bursts of blue. In person the stone is brilliant and energetic: the face holds a clear blue-green, while the crown and pavilion break into saturated blue and aqua flashes that roll across the stone as it moves. A precise, well-balanced cut keeps it bright from edge to edge, with no pale or empty center. It is eye clean, so the teal reads crisp and unbroken. IGI has examined the stone and found no indications of heating; this vivid teal is entirely natural.
