An unheated sapphire in a fresh green with a vivid blue streak in its character. In person the stone is bright and full of movement: the green body holds steady through the center, while its many facets scatter quick blue and aqua sparks that flicker across the surface as it turns. The deep, well-filled cut keeps color dense across the face, with no pale or washed-out center, giving the stone saturation as well as sparkle. It is eye clean, so the color and its blue sparks read without interruption. IGI has examined it and found no indications of heating; its color and blue flashes are entirely natural.
