This 1.425 carat oval-cut sapphire is a product of Ilakaka, Madagascar, displaying a striking bicolor effect – a vivid yellow-green and deeper teal-green split across the face, bright and juicy in saturation. Fine silk is visible at an angle, a natural growth feature rather than a flaw, and the stone reads eye clean overall. The color is entirely natural, with no evidence of heating.
